We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the senior management of a leading fashion retail brand. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visa processing, airline bookings, and hotel accommodations.
- Prepare, review, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure effective time management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized institution.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in handling international travel documentation and arrangements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related tools.
