Key Responsibilities

• Handle pharmacy-related tasks, including processing prior authorizations, coding, billing and/or insurance verification.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in addressing medication inquiries and resolving patient or client issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless workflows.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all processes and communications.
• Stay updated on industry practices, medication usage, and healthcare regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/PharmD).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy principles, drug classifications, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and process management.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
