Position Overview
Be responsible for the Warranty, Operation and Maintenance (WOM) of the multiple service projects in the country/region to ensure that the project work and WTG performance indicators meet the contract and company requirements and optimize the cost of service project. In addition, be responsible for new service business development.

Be responsible for the Warranty, Operation and Maintenance (WOM) of the multiple service projects in the country/region to ensure that the project work and WTG performance indicators meet the contract and company requirements and optimize the cost of service project. In addition, be responsible for new service business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the national service planning, including personnel, QHSE, materials, cost control, etc. and continuously optimization to complete various service KPI and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the team to make and implement service plan like WTG maintenance, trouble shooting and necessary retrofit, and other service indicators, to fulfill service contract with customers, and dig out more value-adding service.
- New service business development. Contribute to the regional strategy in terms of service deployment and service strategies.
- Establish and manage relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers, subcontractors, governmental agencies, etc.
- Manage local sub-contractors/suppliers. Assess cooperation potentials and lead the implementation.
- Make and optimize national level process, standard, workflow based on global and regional processes and standard for effective project execution.
- Build and optimize team members’ capabilities and professionalism. Coordinate with the headquarter training team in the preparation of service training contents, execute and carry out trainings for service personnel and/or external service providers.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
- Comply with the HSE requirements of the company, find and report hazards in the process of work, report HSE incident in a timely and truthful manner, and participate in the activities organized by department's and company's HSE team.
