The Electrical & Planning Supervisor will be responsible to ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment through quality PM / CM and ensure the reliability of electrical system.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Operation & Maintenance – Hands on experience of Operation & Maintenance of electrical equipment like Motors & allied starters, VFDs, Transformers, Diesel Generators, LT / HT Switchgears, 132 KV Grid Station, PFI Panels, Solar System, design of electrical system, familiarization with maintenance techniques like alignment, & condition monitoring, IMS/ GMP requirements etc.
  • To supervise the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment at the plant as per the maintenance schedule. To arrange spares for electrical equipment at the plant. To assure the implementation of IMS-related activities under the guidance of seniors. Reporting the daily plant shutdown and checking the logbook of the electrical section. Ensure the electrical troubleshooting of appliances in the shortest possible time. Well familiar with Electricity Rules & Regulations
  • Maintenance Activities – The incumbent will be responsible for effective & timely maintenance of overall electrical system & allied auxiliaries to assure compliance of all PM & condition-based schedules through SAP, creation & implementation of PM / CM schedules and to introduce an smart maintenance techniques / tool for the optimize utilization of resources.

Responsible to evaluate the critical store items to keep the plant in operation, PR generation, evaluation QEMs for selection of material and follow up on deliveries through development of critical machine parts list and regular update the status.

  • Project Execution Activities – Responsible to share new quality ideas, preparation of their feasibility reports, BOQs, follow up for procurement of material and ensure safe execution of capex / MOC projects in stipulated time. Contract management will be mandatory.
  • EHS Responsibilities – Will be responsible for implementation of EHS standards, carrying out risk assessments & ensure safe working environment for subordinates.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives – Identify all cost reduction opportunities in the area of responsibility and electrical section to ensure efficient operation. Recommend new equipment, methods and procedures that could considerably reduce labor expenses.
  • People Development – Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, through a team-based approach, to ensure business needs are met with high quality in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Develop all working staff awareness related to best working practices. Supervision & guidance for technical direction regarding scheduling & maintenance activities. To follow TNA for workers and peers’ development.
  • Compliance of Company Policies – Will be responsible for the compliance of electrical-related legal requirements of the company.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Degree B.S Electrical. / DAE Electrical
  • Work experience in Petro-chemical / Fertilizer/ Process / Food
  • 4+ Years hands on experience of operation & maintenance of electrical installations
  • Urdu fluency, both written and spoken

Desirable requirements:

  • SAP Maintenance Module, MS Office,
