Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and analyzing pricing strategies for our logistics services.
- Support daily operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflows and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to contribute to competitive pricing strategies.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about company operations and pricing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.
- 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
