Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and analyzing pricing strategies for our logistics services.
• Support daily operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflows and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to contribute to competitive pricing strategies.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about company operations and pricing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.

• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
