Job Summary
The Pricing Associate will be responsible for developing competitive and profitable pricing solutions, specifically within the freight forwarding and supply chain industry. The role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver accurate quotations and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in the International 3PL / Freight Forwarding / SupplyChain / Logistics industry.
Hands-on experience with pricing for air, sea, and land freight.
Familiarity with shipping lines, carriers, agents, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market conditions and industry trends.
- Prepare quotations for air, sea, and land freight, including FCL, LCL, and other logistics services.
- Analyze cost components such as freight charges, surcharges, customs-related costs, and local handling fees.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, agents, and vendors to obtain competitive rates.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support customer requirements and business development.
- Maintain updated pricing sheets, vendor contracts, and freight rate records.
- Conduct margin analysis and profitability assessments before finalizing quotes.
- Monitor pricing performance and suggest improvements to increase win rates.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and timely response to RFQs, tenders, and spot quote requests.
