What You’ll Do
- Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, define technical approaches, and present solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards.
- Customize CRM using JavaScript, C# Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate, and Web Resources.
- Oversee data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM and integration issues independently.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, DevOps, and solution architecture.
- Maintain high-quality delivery through structured reviews, documentation, and process adherence.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing) and related technologies.
- Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Proven experience in client engagement and stakeholder management, with the ability to define, scope, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams (5–10 members) and managing complex multi-phase projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with clients in Australia / US / UK.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
