About This Opportunity

Process & Tools Specialist is expected to Support users to create their accounts on MSDP platform for all the tools and Work as LDA for MSDP tools for configuration, Access Management with Basic Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage. The resource will be part of the Ericsson BOS Delivery team to support the customer.

What You Will Do

• Should understand MSDP tools (ITSM, OneFM, OneFM CM, WFM-IFS, Business Intelligence, EAI/NIM) and their working.
• Can work as LDA for MSDP tools and applications (User Access management, Alarm Automation Configuration, filtration, Network Inventory Management, etc)
• Able to create and automate Reports in Business Intelligent tool.
• Troubleshooting of issues at user level & system level.
• Should have awareness of ITIL/eTOM/EOE processes, documentation, adherence, update and KPI calculation.
• Have knowledge of Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Access Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, etc.
• Should have awareness of ARIS platform and Process Update management.
• Able to train the trainer for EOE Processes and MSDP Tools.
• End user knowledge for Tableau dashboard.
• Should have awareness to SharePoint. User and Resource Management on SharePoint.
• Create and approve JIRA requests for modifications in Dashboards and MATE Rules.
• Active participation in Audits conducted internally/externally.
• Cyber security knowledge is a plus.
• Able to communicate with global teams.
  
  

You will bring

• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
• Support users to create their accounts on MSDP platform for all the tools.
• Work as LDA for MSDP tools for configuration, Access Management.
• Create/Update Automation Rules standalone, MATE/ENABLE and flapping alarms, discard unwanted alarms, Upgrade Service effecting alarms in OneFM CM monitor the output and fixed in case of problem.
• Create/update BI reports and automate as per requirement.
• Responsible to maintain EAI/NIM data updated all the time.
• Support Ericsson global teams during deployment of any new tool and perform through end-to-end testing.
• Active participation in Audits conducted Ericsson internally/Globally, Customer or by Third party for MSDP tools and Processes.
• Create/update documentation for processes (e.g Incident Management, Event Management, Business Continuity Management, etc.) for STC and TAWAL.
• Present to document to Management and get approvals for STC and TAWAL.
• Give trainings to staff about all the processes and MSP tools for STC and TAWAL.
• Keep all process documents updated on Eridoc, SharePoint and on ARIS platform for STC and TAWAL.
• Collection of KPIs for processes and prepare trend analysis reports.
• Support Tableau team to create/update essential dashboard as per requirement and perform testing for validation.
