Procurement and Inventory Specialist

Job Description

• Collect the demand from all clinics and generate the purchase requisition for remote monitoring devices for approval with management.
• Place the order with the vendor once requisition is approved.
• Track the shipment of ordered devices.
• Complete the inward process of delivered devices at clinic and corporate office.
• Manage and track the stock levels of devices at clinics and corporate office.
• Track the assigning of devices to the patients by the enrolment team.
• Communicate with patient over text or call for device setup and education.
• Ensure that assigned devices are entered into the care management software and are transmitting the readings.
• Handle the troubleshoot calls from patients regarding device setup or connectivity.
• Ensure return of devices in case of repair or unenrollment from program.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly device inventory reports for management.

Requirements

Work Experience:

2-4 Years of experience in Supply Chain Management

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain Management or relevant degree.

Skills:

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills.

· Gross Salary (USD): $400 - 500
