Job Description

• Develop expert-level understanding of the product’s features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Continuously explore product enhancements, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Translate technical features into real business solutions, showing how product functionalities solve clients’ operational, marketing, and sales challenges.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through workflows, dashboards, reports, and tools.
• Identify business problems for clients and recommend the right product solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring internal teams (Product, Development, Marketing) understand client needs and pain points.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and live demos to drive adoption and engagement.
• Gather and analyze client usage data to identify adoption gaps, friction points, and opportunities for new features.
• Report actionable insights to product and leadership teams to guide product roadmap decisions.
• Assist in shaping product updates, feature prioritization, and documentation based on real-world business use cases.
• Build and maintain user guides, case studies, workflows, and tutorials that help clients extract maximum value from the product.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified understanding of client needs.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in product advocacy, customer success, client engagement, or a similar SaaS role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and digital business tools.
• Ability to deep-dive into products and translate technical features into real business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights.
• Experience in training, onboarding, or conducting product demos.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
