Product Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the firm, ensuring that communication is clear, and client needs are effectively understood and addressed.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights that inform strategic recommendations.
• Create information architecture, user flow and user stories for the overall understanding of product
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies or practices that could impact the client’s business
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation that effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketers and other analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and all relevant metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions
• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of experience as a product management professional, business analyst, consultant or related profession
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or related field.
• Expressive in writing specially maintaining documentation
