Product Associate - Plutus21 Capital

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the firm, ensuring clear communication and effectively addressing client needs.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights that inform strategic recommendations.
• Create information architecture, user flow, and user stories for a comprehensive understanding of the product.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies or practices that could impact the client’s business.
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketers, and other analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a product management professional, business analyst, consultant, or related role.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills, especially in maintaining documentation.
