Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and recruit users who meet the program’s criteria and onboard them effectively.
- Leverage AI tools to guide testers through tasks and resolve issues, ensuring scalable support with minimal manual intervention.
- Analyze data weekly to assess tester performance and recommend program enhancements.
- You will not be confined to traditional marketing or customer success roles.
- You will not be writing specs or building product roadmaps.
- You will not be operating in a rigid, slow-moving environment with limited scope.
- You will not be relying on assumptions without real-world data validation.

Basic Requirements
- Proven experience utilizing GenAI tools for problem-solving.
- Demonstrated success in small, agile team environments.
- Expertise in building and optimizing acquisition funnels, scaling tester recruitment, and reducing costs per qualified lead.
- Experience with ad campaigns, landing pages, and crafting user education content.
