What started as an R&D & Accounting back-office, has progressed into a full-service Global Centre serving all functions and departments, at the divisional as well as operating group/corporate level. Cornerstone is a lifecycle management platform dedicated to helping security alarm dealers manage their businesses more efficiently. We accomplish this through our affordable, time-saving billing services, superior daily dealer support, and our cloud-based, specialized software. We become a trusted strategic ally to our dealers, helping their business run more smoothly and profitably.

The Position:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and define project goals while building a user-centric team culture.The successful hire will be located and work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership: A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability, capable of independently managing projects to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
• User-Centric Approach: You are the advocate of our customers. You foster a team environment focused on user-centric product development, ensuring that user feedback informs all stages of the product life cycle.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication with engineering teams.
• Testing: Experience and willingness to define QA processes and test features prior to launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and additional stakeholders to drive results and deliver the road map.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and oversee product development projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: The ability to convince with data, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Meticulous Execution: You define and track thoughtful KPIs to deliver impactful launches, on time.
• Analytical Orientation: You make informed decisions based on user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
You are self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
• Ability to produce and communicate clear Product Requirement Documents
• Creative problem solver with a hands-on approach and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
