About the role?

As a Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product lifecycle management—from discovery to delivery—of features that are deeply rooted in data processing, analytics, and compliance. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and clinical stakeholders to define, build, and scale high-impact product features.

What will you do?

(i) Product Strategy & Discovery

• Understand clinical, regulatory, and operational pain points across the healthcare ecosystem
• Translate high-level company strategy into actionable product roadmaps and well-scoped problem statements
• Conduct user research with physicians, payers, and patients to drive insights and product-market fit

(ii) Execution & Delivery

• Define detailed product specs, user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and data science to deliver technically feasible, secure, and high-performing solutions
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution timelines

(iii) Data & Analytics

• Work closely with data teams to leverage real-world healthcare data (EHR, claims, wearables, etc.)
• Translate complex data outputs into usable product insights and customer-facing features (dashboards, risk scores, etc.)
• Define product metrics and success KPIs; track outcomes post-launch

(iv) Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all product work aligns with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with legal and clinical teams to validate data use, patient privacy, and ethical risk

(v) Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between clinical experts, customers, engineers, and business leadership
• Present product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision

Your Skillset

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a technology company (healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and analytics (SQL, data pipelines, ML models a bonus)
• Demonstrated success shipping complex products involving data, compliance, and multiple user personas
• Excellent communication skills—can write clear specs, run sprint rituals, and present to non-technical stakeholders
• Empathy for users in high-stakes environments (clinicians, patients, administrators)
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, digital therapeutics, EHR, or medical devices
• Technical literacy in healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT codes)
• Experience working with AI/ML teams, especially in clinical prediction or personalization
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance standards
