Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, user experience, and customer workflows.
- Proven success in launching and scaling enterprise software products.
- Experience working with agile/scrum teams and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for decision-making (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Tableau).
- Technical background or familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and integration logic is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven SaaS products.
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Drive product adoption and customer success metrics.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Translate product vision into actionable tasks and timelines using agile methodologies.
