Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze business and customer requirements to create well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure Agile best practices.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that could impact product development.
- Advocate for user experience (UX) best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Aha!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance technical and business perspectives.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.
