Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Interpret, create, and revise CAD files with precision using SolidWorks or similar tools
- Generate original, forward-thinking product concepts and feature enhancements
- Maintain extreme attention to detail in all product research and technical documentation
- Work independently to identify development opportunities and solve complex challenges
- Drive innovation by thinking strategically about product possibilities from a mechanical engineering lens
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent) for file interpretation and creation
- Strong command of English—both written and verbal
- Proven creative problem-solver with a knack for product innovation
- Self-starter with a proactive, independent working style
- Nice to have: Experience conducting market trend research, analyzing product performance data, and communicating insights across teams
- Working completely remote
- Freedom to innovate and lead your own research path
