Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping B2C or platform products.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong technical literacy (APIs, microservices, basic smart contract concepts).
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Web3 or token economics experience.
- Background in AI/ML products or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with UX research methodologies and design thinking.
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in alignment with the CEO and VP of Engineering.
- Write crisp PRDs & user stories; maintain an outcome-driven backlog.
- Lead sprint planning, standups, and retros with Design, Engineering, and QA.
- Analyze market trends, user data, and competitive signals to inform the roadmap.
- Drive GotoMarket with Marketing & Community, including beta programs and feature launches.
- Continuously monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate to achieve product-market fit.
