Candidate Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar role in IT Industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or other BI tools).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Familiarity with software development processes and terminology is a plus.

Job Post Description:

• Assist the Program stakeholders in conducting annual and cyclic reviews of various divisions.
• Provide support in tracking project budgets and financials.
• Coordinate and manage the customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain the resourcing bench by tracking resource allocation, availability, and utilization.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., Excel, project management tools) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Sense potential issues or risks from data trends and escalate appropriately.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR for resource onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and properly organized.
