Mission

Scorecard Overview:

The Program Manager in the Founders’ Office will drive strategic initiatives and optimize operational efficiency to support the Founders’ vision for growth. This role requires working closely with the Founders to ensure seamless execution of projects, with a focus on impact, scalability, and aligning the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Outcomes

  • Strategic Projects Execution (30%)
  • Successfully lead and deliver at least 3 high-impact strategic projects per quarter that directly contribute to ClearGrid’s growth and operational goals.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and deliver measurable results aligned with company priorities.
  • Develop project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation, with regular progress updates to the Founders.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment (25%)
  • Establish clear communication channels between the Founders’ Office and key departments like product, operations, sales, and customer success.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth coordination and minimize bottlenecks in the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain a system for tracking and reporting progress on key projects, making adjustments as needed to maintain alignment with company objectives.
  • Process Improvement (20%)
  • Identify and implement at least 3 improvements in internal processes every quarter that enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent project management practices across departments.
  • Measure and report the impact of implemented improvements in terms of time saved, increased productivity, or cost reductions.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Analysis (15%)
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform strategic decision-making by the Founders.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights, highlighting new opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Support the Founders in preparing presentations for board meetings, investor pitches, and strategic discussions.
  • Team Development & Mentorship (10%)
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the Founders’ Office.
  • Identify skills gaps within the team and recommend training or resources to support professional growth.
