About you

You are a Postgraduate in gender/women’s studies with a focus on health/ nutrition/ public health or international development.

At least 6 years working with NGOs, UN agencies, and/or other service providers in implementing gender-sensitive and/or responsive programming with public health, WASH, and/or nutrition related programs in Pakistan; Experience in Food Systems and/or LSFF will be considered an asset, but not essential. Fluency in English & Urdu is required.

About the role

The overall role of Program Officer, Gender Inclusion, LSFF is to act as a principal resource on gender equality to help understand the gaps specific to gender integration in the implementation of different ongoing and upcoming Large Scale Food Fortification (LSFF) programs in Pakistan; develop recommendations for integration of gender component into LSFF programming; and provide technical oversight from a gender equity lens to ensure gender-responsive and empowered programming.
