Key Responsibilities:

1. Fixing Attributes/Mis categorization

  • Map and find the attributes which are not filled by the sellers and fix them.
  • Identify and correct miscategorized products to ensure proper categorization.
  • Review and analyze product listings to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Take necessary actions on the sellers with willful miscategorization.
  • Collaborate with category managers and sellers to ensure compliance with category guidelines.

2. Track Requests Raised by Commercial Teams

  • Monitor and manage mis categorization fixing requests submitted by commercial teams.
  • Monitor and manage attribute fixing requests submitted by commercial teams.
  • Ensure timely action on raised requests and provide necessary updates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve miscategorization issues.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on miscategorization (No. of miscats fixed).
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on fixing attribute (No. of attributes fixed).
  • Maintain proper documentation of category changes and search fixes.
  • Before and after impact analysis.

4. KPI Monitoring

  • Monitor the miscategorized products and attribute fill rate KPI regularly.
  • If the percentage is not up to the mark, just get the dump extracted and fix the miscats and attributes.

5. Educate Sellers

  • Collaborate with engagement team and get the content created to educate sellers.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, product management, or categorization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • SQL – Intermediate level
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
