Project Coordinator

KS Consulting is conducting an extensive on-ground pricing audit for a leading retail chain. We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators to join our team initially in Punjab (Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala)

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind mobilizing and managing on ground teams including Enumerators, Supervisors, QA Specialists, and Data Analysts. You will lead data collection, data cleaning, and analysis efforts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights. Your role will be critical in maintaining quality assurance processes while coordinating logistics and communication across multiple city teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and manage field teams to achieve project goals
• Lead data collection, cleaning, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity
• Generate advanced and insightful reports tailored for retail chain stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics and communication across teams in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive project success
• Work closely with the Project Manager & other key stakeholders to implement and track project objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience in on-field team mobilization and management within data collection projects
• Proficiency/Past Expertise in data cleaning, analysis, and quality assurance processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with retail or pricing audit projects is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
