We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining alignment with client requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective project communication.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing project tasks to guarantee smooth and timely delivery.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, resource allocations, and work breakdown structures.
• Track progress across multiple initiatives, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest proactive measures to keep projects on schedule.
• Keep project files, progress reports, and documentation well-organized and up to date.
• Work closely with project managers to streamline workflows and support delivery objectives.
• Prepare concise project updates and summaries for leadership review.
• Manage communication with clients to ensure clarity of expectations and satisfaction.
• Participate in Agile-related activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within a software or IT organization.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and web or mobile technology processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
