Experience: 2-3 years in Project Coordination and Client-Facing Roles for IT Transformational Projects  

Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-site), must be able to work in UK and early US time zones  

Reports to: CEO

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator who can manage IT transformation projects, work with international clients, and deliver consistent results.

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing multiple IT transformational projects using ClickUp, Asana, or Monday (ClickUp preferred). The role demands strong project delivery skills, weekly and monthly planning, client-facing communications, and internal team collaboration to ensure timely project completions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Monitoring:

  - Weekly and monthly planning for all assigned projects using ClickUp.

  - Ensure all projects are on track, identifying risks, and setting milestones.

- Delivery Management:

  - Oversee project deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-scope completion.

  - Manage internal and client communications through weekly reporting to ensure clarity and transparency.

- Client Engagement:

  - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

  - Provide regular progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

- Process Improvement:

  - Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  - Implement strategies to optimise workflow and delivery.

- Pre-Sales Support:

  - Collaborate with the sales team to provide project estimates and conduct technical demos during pre-sales engagements.

  - Assist in scoping potential projects, offering insights into the most efficient project management processes.

- Team Collaboration:

  - Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment between project objectives and technical execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BS IT, or a related engineering field. Open to other engineering disciplines.

- 2-3 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT transformation.

- Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on proficiency with ClickUp (preferred), Asana, or Monday at an admin level.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent English listening, speaking, and writing skills.

- Ability to work in UK and early US time zones.
