Overview:
Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading Engineering Projects from ideation through to completion. Along with that, Project Engineer will also be responsible for equipment ordering, vendor management, site supervision, and ensuring the safe execution of work throughout the Project Duration.

Along with that, Project Engineer will also be responsible for equipment ordering, vendor management, site supervision, and ensuring the safe execution of work throughout the Project Duration.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Capex projects are planned, driven, and completed within specified budgets, timelines, and as per company policies.
- Maintain a continuous focus on EHS standards and ensure all projects conform to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, machine manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with production and other stakeholders to optimize prioritization, manage Capex expenditure within budget, and provide necessary documentation for project approval.
- Foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring proper training, succession planning, and regular performance reviews.
- Work closely with local Operations, Procurement, and other business partners to ensure projects align with company policies and strategies.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics
- 2-3 years of project management experience in manufacturing facilities.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, mechanical engineering, and basic electrical engineering, with experience in design documentation, testing, and equipment commissioning.
- High-level interpersonal skills, effective time and change management abilities, and experience in contract management with good negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), factory operations, financial controls, budgetary accounting, and legal requirements for contracts and agreements.
