Cogent Labs is looking for a Project Execution Coordinator for its Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, track action items, and ensure updates flow smoothly across departments
  • Monitor project milestones, flag delays proactively, and keep deliverables sprinting toward deadlines
  • Ensure client requirements are met, manage feedback loops, and communicate scope changes or blockers diplomatically
  • Process Optimization Implement tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.) to streamline workflows and document progress
  • Risk Radar Identifies potential bottlenecks, scope creep, or resource gaps before they escalate.
