Project Management Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an intern – project coordinator with 0 – 1 years of working experience to join our Transportation team and help in the documentation and internal project coordinator. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• :Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• .Task Management: Support the team by managing project tasks, monitoring progress, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• .Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and project timelines. Ensure all project documents are accurately filed and up to date
• .Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Foster clear communication and ensure that project requirements and expectations are aligned across all parties
• .Problem Solving: Identify potential project issues and proactively work with the team to find effective solutions
• .Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement in project processes and help implement more efficient practices
