About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the scoping, planning, delivery, implementation, and progress reporting of client, partner, and internal projects. The Project Manager will report to the CTO and play a key role in defining and implementing best practices in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scoping & Planning: Define project scope at early stages and refine details as the project progresses.
• Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to ensure projects are well-defined and well-planned.
• Project Management Best Practices: Implement effective methodologies, including project briefs, plans (resource allocation), RAIDs, and closure reports.
• Reporting & Governance: Provide regular updates to the CTO and recommend fit-for-purpose project management practices (e.g., Agile).
• Process Optimization: Develop reusable documentation, methods, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Tool Implementation: Champion project management tools that support company growth and scalability.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in project management/project delivery (2+ years of experience).
• Background in technology, fintech, or a related industry is preferred.
• Certification in project management (Agile preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and/or Scrum Master methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Compliance, AML/KYC, and digital onboarding is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing, AWS, MS Azure, and on-premise solutions is an advantage.
