Visiata is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the IT sector, possess strong communication skills, and be hands-on with tools like Asana and Jira. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are complet toed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor the progress of projects from initiation throug
• h completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and marketing.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report project status, blockers, and updates to stakeholders as required.
• Ensure team alignment and accountability on project goals and expectations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Jira is a must.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Above-average communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and team needs.
• High level of organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in technology or working with software teams.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience handling client communication or stakeholder presentations.
