Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in consulting, and knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce) to join our dynamic, remote team. This role is perfect for a highly organized professional with strong technical project management skills. You will oversee multiple client projects, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Initially, the role will require a minimum of 3 to 4 hours a day, with potential for more based on project needs. Working hours will align with U.S. time zones. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about Revenue Operations and enhance your understanding in this growing field. This role offers 20 to 25 flexible hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Documentation: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone documents aligned with client objectives. Define clear scopes, goals, and deliverables for each project.
- Team Coordination & Collaboration: Manage project teams of developers, consultants, and marketers. Ensure resource allocation is in sync with project timelines.
- Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients. Keep them informed of project status, progress, and challenges, and make adjustments based on feedback.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges early on, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Implement systems to track project progress, monitor KPIs, and adjust workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile projects.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards, overseeing review and testing phases to maintain thorough quality assurance processes.
- CRM & Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools like Click Up, Asana, Trello, and Monday.com or similar tool and knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot or dynamics
- Change Management: Lead change management processes and handle any scope, timeline, or deliverable changes effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in consulting required.
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting based on project needs.
- Proven success in client and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in risk management, process optimization, and problem-solving.
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems, sales operations, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing multiple client projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
