The position
This position directly reports to Director Market Access & Public Affairs, As Project Manager Obesity, you will lead the design and implementation of strategy in order to develop the obesity market and ensure correct obesity management by Health Care Professionals (HCPs), improve access and better treatment for people with obesity,

The position
This position directly reports to Director Market Access & Public Affairs, As Project Manager Obesity, you will lead the design and implementation of strategy in order to develop the obesity market and ensure correct obesity management by Health Care Professionals (HCPs), improve access and better treatment for people with obesity,
In this role you are expected to:
- Develop and implement calculated and operational projects for disease awareness of obesity, aligned with the approved launch/business plan.
- Generate a deep understanding of different stakeholders to identify business-driving opportunities and implement external business projects in alignment with local and global strategies for obesity.
- Develop measurements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preferred outcomes to monitor progress and measure success, staying up to date on customer and competitor insights for External Business Project proposals.
- Monitor pre- and post-project performance, define KPIs, ensure execution and management of strategy, tactics, and project plans, and engage with Medical and Public Affairs to recognize external opportunities and internal responsibilities.
- Drive positive corporate reputation and brand image through engaging communications, evaluate appropriate use and allocation of project resources, ensure ongoing management and oversight of the budget to target levels, and work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in marketing, management, social sciences, advertising, or project management
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in project management, consumer marketing, or Public Relations in a knowledge-based industry
- Strong judicious and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations and collecting data
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment, along with market development experience
- Strong networking, communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
