The Project Manager role involves ensuring strategic alignment and overseeing project execution from initiation to completion, with a focus on timely delivery and profitability. Responsibilities include managing compliance with corporate standards, transitioning projects from Sales/Tendering, and planning human resources for long-term success. The role requires active communication with stakeholders, effective contract and claim management, and risk assessment. Additionally, the Project Manager supports procurement efforts and represents the project on decision boards, while leading the team to foster a culture of trust and integrity.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ensure strategic and organizational alignment, steering and controlling of all project execution activities, take responsibility for profit & loss and timely completion of projects under execution, and ensure compliance with Corporate, Finance, Legal, Quality, and EHS standards for all projects.
• Is responsible for taking over the project from Sales/ Tendering team till the completion and closing out
• Plans human resources, and their recruiting, management, coaching, assessment, and development of employees to ensure long-term target achievement with motivated staff.
• Actively communicate with all stakeholders and resolve project-related issues, proactively set up a contract and claim management strategy in projects with the involvement of assigned CPMs/contract managers, support the team in identifying, evaluating, assessing, and escalating risks and opportunities, strategies, and response activities, and assist the procurement team in selecting and involving partners and subcontractors.
• Represents the project on the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
• Agree on targets with project staff, delegate defined responsibilities and authority, and lead project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines, establishing a culture of trust and integrity.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering and related fields from reputable University. At least 10-15 years’ experience in Projects Execution of HV Substation including 05-10 years as Project Manager.
• PM certification would be a plus
• Excellent internal and external negotiation skills
• Excellent Influencing and communication skills
• Very Good level in English both spoken and written.
• Strong PC skills, experience with ERP and Design Programs.
