Project Manager- SAP

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of enterprise technology projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered successfully in alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration between IsDB and TEKHQs teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and budget.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure effective collaboration between IsDB, TEKHQs, and project team members.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to maintain project stability.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage communication and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Enforce adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate decision-making by providing clear visibility on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement across project execution and delivery processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience managing large-scale technology or ERP/SAP implementation projects. Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S4HANA, MDG and cloud environment challenges.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
