Position Overview:

RevInfinity is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote, flexible position is ideal for a highly organized professional with technical project management experience. You will oversee multiple client projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. The role starts with 10 flexible hours per week, with the potential for more as projects evolve.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Documentation: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailed timelines, and milestone documents that align with client requirements and business goals. Establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Team Coordination & Collaboration: Manage project teams consisting of developers, consultants, and marketers. Provide clear direction and ensure resource allocation is aligned with project timelines.
• Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring consistent communication of project status, progress, and challenges. Address feedback and adjust workflows to meet expectations.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and that projects remain within scope and financial constraints. Track time, costs, and resources to optimize project performance.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact project timelines, scope, or budget. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor milestones and deliverables, adjusting workflows to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Review project workflows to identify inefficiencies. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality across projects.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) depending on project needs. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile projects.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards before release. Oversee the review and testing phases, ensuring thorough quality assurance processes are in place.
• CRM & Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM platforms to monitor project timelines, track resources, and ensure the smooth execution of deliverables.
• Change Management: Lead change management processes, ensuring any alterations to project scope, timelines, or deliverables are handled effectively, minimizing disruption to project delivery.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical project management and RevOps.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Clickup,Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to adapt based on project needs.
• Proven track record in client and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Experience in risk management, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM systems, sales operations, and marketing automation tools.
