- New Channel Exploration & Development:
- Identify and assess potential new channels for rider acquisition, such as retail partnerships, NGOs, Educational institutions, Online and Offline marketing activities, Franchises, and Other relevant avenues.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard and integrate these new channels into our acquisition network.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Partnership Management:
- Establish and cultivate relationships with new channel partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and acquisition targets.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, maintaining clear communication and setting expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring:
- Define and enforce quality standards for all new channel partners to ensure they meet our acquisition and service criteria.
- Monitor channel performance using key metrics, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Gather and act on feedback from partners and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve channel strategies.
