About The Position
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

The primary responsibility of the Project Trainee will be to research and analyze the various use cases of BlueBand, working with key internal and external stakeholders to help the organization identify growth opportunities for the business with the goal of gaining traction on other meal/snacking occasions during the day such as lunch, tea-time, and dinner.
Similarly, the Project Trainee will also be involved in overlooking the execution & monitoring of the various activities related to the penetration of BlueBand in other meal & snacking occasions.
In this role, the expectation is that the Project Trainee will get exposure to all facets of the business and assist the Brand Manager & Marketing Director while getting valuable experience working for a global FMCG business. Additionally, your administrative support will be instrumental in maintaining efficient operations within the marketing department. This will be a contractual role would be suitable for a self-driven quick learner.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Assist in the agency coordination/ follow-ups with vendors
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Collaborate with the agency partners/ vendors to brainstorm ideas and strategies
- Analyze marketing data and contribute insights to optimize campaign performance
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
- Minimum – 1 year (3- 12 months) work experience in a professional business environment.
- Internship experience working with marketing will be an added advantage
