Minimum 16 years of education GIS/ IT/CS and Engineering in any discipline from HEC
recognized university

Minimum 02 years of relevant experience

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity, servers, and other IT systems to
  ensure smooth operation.
• Support in Dashboard updatation.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (e.g.,
  computers, servers, and printers) and software applications.
• Perform routine checks and preventative
  maintenance on IT equipment.
• Keep an updated inventory of IT equipment and manage procurement when necessary.
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users promptly.
• Any other Field visit assigned by task team leader recommendation.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures such as antivirus programs and security patches.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with policies.
• Keep and manage the records of data/Documenttion
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and changes for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and document adherence to standards
• Perform any office related task assigned by Task Lead
• Reporting to TL
