QA Tester (Manual & Automation) - Part Time

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester (Manual & Automation) to join our growing IT team. This is an on-site, part-time night shift role based in Faisalabad. The QA Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for continuous testing.
• Prepare detailed and clear testing documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a QA Tester (Manual & Automation).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of programming languages, debugging tools, or IT support experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

• On-site (Faisalabad)
• Night Shift – Part-time role - (7 PM - 11 PM - Monday to Friday)
