Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of textile products sourced from domestic and international suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of textile materials and production processes, as well as the ability to evaluate suppliers against quality benchmarks

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of textile products sourced from domestic and international suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of textile materials and production processes, as well as the ability to evaluate suppliers against quality benchmarks
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of textile goods to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure product consistency across different vendors and factories.
- Develop and enforce quality control protocols and documentation for suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor third-party inspection reports and provide feedback or corrective action plans where needed.
- Evaluate supplier facilities for compliance with quality standards, including ISO, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, or other relevant certifications.
- Manage lab testing processes (e.g., color fastness, shrinkage, pilling resistance) in collaboration with testing labs.
- Track and report non-conformance issues and work with suppliers on root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Work with the sourcing team to onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet QA requirements before production begins.
- Stay up-to-date with international textile regulations and product safety standards.
- Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the textile industry, preferably in sourcing or buying offices.
- Strong understanding of textile construction, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.
- Familiarity with AQL standards, international testing protocols, and compliance norms.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for factory audits and inspections, both locally and internationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Experience working with international clients and export buyers.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or QA management systems.
