Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet our quality standards through precise testing, analysis, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all QC activities and results.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a Quality Control laboratory
- Strong knowledge of QC testing methodologies, analytical techniques, and documentation procedures.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Competitive salary of up to PKR 65,000 per month.
