Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and time for tenders.
Preparing tender packages, contracts, and bills of quantities.
Negotiating contracts and work schedules.
Monitoring the construction process and sub-contractors.
Advising on legal matters, such as risks, disputes, and contractual issues.
Reporting on costs and preparing accounts for payment.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Analyzing outcomes and providing budget and progress reports.
Preparing insurance replacement estimates for buildings.
