About: Our client is a leading importer and distributor of industrial mechanical equipment of well known brands from Japan.

- Review client inquiries and specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
- Generate competitive quotes based on product details, pricing guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and address any concerns.
- Maintain quotation records, track progress, and update internal systems.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
