React Developer (Microfrontends)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with strong experience in microfrontend architecture to join our team. Our front-end ecosystem includes a mix of legacy Angular, React, and jQuery applications that need to be integrated into a unified system using microfrontend architecture, particularly leveraging the Single-SPA framework. This role involves working across various front-end technologies to modernize, modularize, and integrate different applications into a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and integrate React applications using a microfrontend approach, specifically with Single-SPA
• Collaborate on refactoring and integrating legacy front-end applications (Angular, jQuery) into a unified microfrontend architecture
• Work closely with backend and other frontend teams to ensure component compatibility and smooth cross-application integration
• Optimize front-end components for performance and maintainability across a diverse codebase
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance in a mixed-technology environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with a primary focus on React and TypeScript
• Proficiency with microfrontend architectures, specifically with Single-SPA, and experience integrating various front-end technologies
• Strong understanding of legacy JavaScript frameworks (Angular, jQuery) and experience in refactoring or integrating them into modern applications
• Solid knowledge of modern HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ standards
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional microfrontend frameworks or orchestration tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with designers
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and tools for streamlined deployments (e.g., Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Actions)
