About The Role
We are looking for passionate engineers to join the ShopCash team. This is a team role and you’ll be involved in many aspects — primarily helping to build and maintain its iOS/Android apps.
Along with other team members, you will be solving challenging problems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About The Role
We are looking for passionate engineers to join the ShopCash team. This is a team role and you’ll be involved in many aspects — primarily helping to build and maintain its iOS/Android apps.
Along with other team members, you will be solving challenging problems in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering for ShopCash mobile apps e.g. through design reviews, code reviews, tests and regular retrospective meetings.
- Partner with the product owner, designers, analysts and other engineers to drive requirements that take into account all stakeholders’ needs.
- Identify and proactively address engineering challenges for the product, driving complex technical decisions together with your colleagues.
- Solve the team's problems as part of a close-knit team - designing systems with good abstractions, fixing production issues, providing constructive feedback on other developers’ code in pull requests and welcoming feedback on your own work too.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile development processes.
- 5+ years experience in React Native, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
- API integrations and fallback-handling.
- Version control, branching strategies, and feature management.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Unit & E2E tests.
- Release monitoring and issues management
- Excellent English communication and technical writing.
- Ability to own and ship a big project end-to-end involving complex decisions based on business and technological impact.
