We are looking for a company whose enterprise-grade cloud communication platform has been built in-house by our experienced developers and engineers to provide omnichannel communication APIs and customized solutions for service delivery, sales, and support teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize Frontend: Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components in React.
Backend Integration: Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
State Management: Manage application state using tools like Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Collaborate on API Design: Work with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the front end and the back end.
Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, compatibility issues, and other technical challenges.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Documentation: Document UI components, data flows, and integration points to maintain a scalable and organized codebase.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience with React and front-end development.
Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
Backend Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL; familiarity with HTTP protocols, JWT authentication, and error handling.
State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
Version Control: Experience with Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Nice-to-Haves
Backend Skills: Knowledge of Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or similar cloud services.
CI/ CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
