Real Estate Agent (Women Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic real estate agent (women preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property. Working full-time, you will engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Generate and manage leads through various channels
• Negotiate deals and contracts
• Stay updated with market trends and property values
• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Prepare and present offers to clients
• Coordinate with other real estate professionals and vendors

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field
• Proven track record of successful property sales or rentals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network and ability to foster long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets
• Competent in using real estate databases and CRM systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
