Real Estate/Construction Manager

The Real Estate/Construction Manager is responsible for the successful execution and oversight of real estate development and construction projects, ensuring quality standards, adherence to project timelines, budget control, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate transactions, construction management, and supervision, preferably with a background working alongside leading developers in Pakistan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage property buying, selling, and negotiation processes to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Evaluate and analyze property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for new developments.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays, risks, or issues promptly.
• Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality, resolve onsite issues, and ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including developers, contractors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and project assessments for stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Review and approve project expenditures, invoices, and procurement requests in line with the budget.
• Ensure projects comply with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 5-7 years in real estate buying, selling, construction, and supervision. Prior experience working with prominent developers in Pakistan is essential
• Experience with large-scale real estate developments in both commercial and residential sectors.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in construction.
