We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our HR team in the recruitment process. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment.

- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee engagement.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in background verification processes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
